Comment by rlyeh Many quests for rep with The Consortium, including a repeatable item turn-in from Zaxxis mobs at The Heap south of Area If you are allied with The Scryers wait until you are lvl 68 before you do quests that require killing blood elves so that you can pair it with the repeatable quest for sunfury signets.
Flightpaths are at Area 52 and Stormspire. Eco-dome midrealm and Kirin'var village have quest hubs with some very fast quests for easy XP.
There is a bank at Area Many good places to gather motes of mana. Comment by The arena gear can be seen and purchased from area The quests are generally in order, but it may have a typo, mistake, or incorrect x, y locations, etc. Right now, unfortunately, it is Alliance only based I've got no level 60 Horde characters. Some of the references in the file are to 'soloability'.
However, if I comment on the soloability of a target, it probably means its elite or difficult. The Series X quests are to be completed in order. If a quest is listed as 'Synch', it just means to watch out for the quests above or below the one marked as such, as they can be very, very easily combined together or interact with each other. I have completed it for all the zones and all major non-group, non-elite, non-faction based quests.

If you are 68 and for some reason in Netherstorm, then I would suggest you guys to go to Blade Edge Mountains, or Nagrand.
If you are 69, you can probably survive this place Gave me that extra half a level. Comment by For those interested in lore: Twenty years ago, the land known as Netherstorm did not exist. This land was once the Fields of Farahlon, a verdant expanse which was the home of the Laughing Skull Clan.
When Draenor became today's Outland, the Twisting Nether ripped across the fields, creating a storm that rages on even today. Only the great eco-domes scattered across the broken fragments of land serve as a reminder of Netherstorm's past. Today, Netherstorm remains a barren wasteland.
It has become the center of the Blood Elves' operations in Outland, which are overseen by Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider at Tempest Keep, while the goblins also maintain a post at Area Ethereals and voidwalkers thrive in Netherstorm. One interesting aspect of Netherstorm is the presence of five towering manaforges. Recently, Blizzard released information about the Blood Elves' machinations at Sunwell Plateau, and an alluded to a sinister connection to the forges.

Quests aren't hard at all and u can lvl up here in a moment. Of the five, four of the Manaforges Ara, Coruu, B'naar, and Duro are operational and garrisoned by the Sunfury blood elves and a scattering of the Legion's demons. The fifth; Manaforge Ultris, has been destroyed and infested by shadowy void creatures. Two rival ethereal bands: the Ethereum and the Protectorate, vie for the rights to the potential profits that might be reaped from such a disaster.
Great tube-like conduits that span the region channel the energies amassed by the Manaforges to Kael's seat of Tempest Keep in the east. Finally, in the central and northern regions of the Netherstorm are the holdings of the ethereals of the Consortium. There they have constructed massive arcane domes inside of which they have engineered conditions favorable to plants and animals that could never survive in the Netherstorm otherwise.
Known as Eco-Domes, they serve as lush oases in the arcane desert surrounding them. The southernmost, Midrealm, is home to creatures such as lynx, moths, and crocolisks. To the immediate north is the largest in the region, consisting of three conjoined eco-domes. Eco-domes Sutheron and Skyperch flank the Stormspire to the north and south. Adopting a series of draenei ruins atop a tall cliff, the ethereals have made the Stormspire the center of all Consortium activity in the Netherstorm and indeed in all of Outland.
North of the Stormspire is the smallest of the domes, Eco-Dome Farfield. It is uninhabited by ethereals but is home to several varieties of exotic dinosaurs. Nexus-Prince Haramad is the leader of the Consortium 's business ventures atop the Stormspire. Access Shaft Zeon , a mine beneath Manaforge Ultris , holds nearly always one or more veins.
