After confirming that I booked the flight with Jetstar, then the disaster situation start - total my flight cancel and rescheduled 4 times in 2 weeks, and later on, I booked another ticket with Qantas to travel to Darwin.
And refund policy or reschedule policy is a different painful process with Jetstar. I will never recommend Jetstar to anyone or will share this experience with everyone in my workplace, home, and with friends. I would suggest it's better to go with Air New Zealand or any other airplane company instead of Jetstar. Service desk assistance was the worst part of this experience. She doesn't know who to deal with. She behaved very rudely and even didn't try to help us.
She thought that she is some kind of owner of this company and can do whatever she wants. First, they took money for transfer fees and then refused to refund that.
When I called their complaint department, they denied it as well. I felt that I got framed. I was so shocked and depressed by their behaviors.
I will never ever fly with this airline and would suggest the same for everyone. I have flown with Jetsrar twice in a month and both time the my flights has been cancelled and rescheduled so that I have had to wait at the airport for half a day. The staff was uninterested in helping us and the fact that we had a baby at home and was unable to find a babysitter to look after our child until new flight arrived was "not their problem".
