This seems too vague to be answerable; as i see it, you want to know if the people who considered it haram would still consider it haram with the listed stipulations which in and of itself would make it a fair fatwa-interpretation , but without knowing who these "many people" are or why they consider it haram in the first place, we really don't have anything to extrapolate from.
